How long does a project take?
A corporate website 3–5 weeks, an e-commerce platform 8–14 weeks, a mobile app 10–16 weeks, logo and brand identity 2–4 weeks. The exact timeline is given in writing with the proposal at the end of discovery.
How does the first call work — is it paid?
The first call is free; in a 30–45 minute video or in-person meeting we understand your goal and current situation. We then send a written scope and budget proposal.
How do we communicate during the project?
Daily via WhatsApp/email with your assigned project manager, plus weekly summary reports. We run a live demo at the end of every sprint.
Do you work with companies outside Türkiye?
Yes. We work remotely with most of our clients and are comfortable collaborating across time zones in English.
Budget & payment
How is pricing done?
Fixed price for clearly scoped projects; a sprint-based monthly fee for evolving products. SEO, social media and ads management run on a fixed monthly retainer; ad spend is paid to the platform directly from your account.
What is the payment plan?
Typically 40% upfront, 30% at design approval, 30% at launch. Monthly milestone billing is available on long projects.
Are hosting and domain costs included?
Domain, server and third-party service fees are paid from accounts opened in your name; we itemise estimated annual costs in the proposal.
Ownership & delivery
Who owns the source code and designs?
You do. With the final payment, source code, design files and all accounts are handed over. No lock-in.
Can we update the site/app ourselves?
Yes. We deliver an admin panel for content, blog, products and SEO fields and train your team to use it.
Is there post-launch support?
30 days of free fix support is standard. After that we offer monthly maintenance packages covering updates, backups, monitoring and small improvements.
Growth & brand
When do SEO results show?
Technical fixes within weeks; content and authority work becomes visible in 3–6 months. We don’t sell guarantees — we show progress in a monthly report.
Minimum ad budget?
To collect meaningful data we usually recommend starting from a mid-three-figure EUR monthly budget; it varies by industry.
Can you build an identity around our existing logo?
Yes. We keep the logo, technically refine it if needed and build a consistent identity system around it.
Do you bring equipment and a location for shoots?
Camera, lighting and drone equipment are ours; shoots take place at your location or a partner studio. Raw files are delivered on request.
